Has an extra large car space which we used for our entertaining area/bbq area. The caravan park is very clean and well maintained as are the toilet facilities. The caravan park is very friendly with heaps of family activities included during holiday times (outdoor cinema, yoga, pancake breakfasts, live music by the lake, jumping castles, plaster painting, stand up paddle board lessons and more!) The park has beach and lake access. Everything is walking distance (bottlo, bait shop, coffee shop, fish and chip shop, IGA) and Ulladulla is only 5 minutes up the road. We are only selling as we have bought something bigger in the same caravan park. Rates are approx $5300 per annum which can be paid monthly, quarterly or annually (works out about $100 per week).
