Mobile Office All Terrain Caravan in PRETTY BEACH, New South Wales for sale

Golf Starliner ATV caravan. Original van in great shape. Has had recent conversion to mobile office and accommodation. I bought the van in beautiful original shape and modified it for use as a mobile office for surveying and UAV mapping work. The work I sought didn't come through, so it's time to let the van go. It is still a very effective space as a caravan for general holiday use, but it is most effective as a mobile office and accommodation setup.
Large office desk, printer scanner and charging area (12VDC and 240VAC)

Bed has been converted from the small Caravan Queen (double?) to full width to take a king size matress. Original matress is available and conversion can be easily cut back if required. Original small wardrobes have been removed and are not available.
Conversion is very tidy, with curtain across bedroom area.
Kitchen is complete, as new. All air conditioning, 3-way fridge, plumbing, gas and electrical is complete.
Hologen lights replaced with LEDs.
The van is built on a 6 inch chassis with independent suspension, so it is classed "All Terrain", ie no a full off road caravan but more solid than a typical van on a 4 inch chassis with leaf springs.
A great multi purpose setup and very comfortable work space for the travelling professional or an instant on-site office for your home or worksite.
